This appointment further underlines the major shift happening in the way UK schools recruit, resource and retain staff. Strategic schools, MATs and LAs are looking to move towards a self-service, data-driven approach to supply staffing to ensure consistency and quality of provision — and achieve best value for money. The appointment also reflects a significant expansion of Teacher Booker’s online platform to include agency supply chain management technology for schools and schools groups.
