James was a school leader in both mainstream and alternative provision for over 15 years, experiencing first hand the budget and staffing constraints on a school. James led his previous school through the pandemic and knows how tired and under appreciated the workforce currently feels. James strongly believes that Teacher Booker can provide better value for money to schools, giving students access to high quality extended workforce workers.

Having worked in education recruitment for several years Ollie had become jaded with the normalisation of unfair practise, the lack of transparency that existed in the industry and the disingenuous messaging of agencies.
