Our Mission
Every year, hundreds of millions of pounds are wasted on unnecessary recruitment agency fees by UK schools. This much-needed money is being diverted away from school resources.
We are committed to reducing this financial deficit and ensuring this money is reinvested in our schools, staff and the pupils we support.
With no hidden fees or commission, our approach to recruitment gives schools the flexibility to control their provision and ensures a fair wage for staff, regardless of the role or requirement.
As part of our commitment to change, we’ve launched our #WasteNotWantMore campaign which calls for greater transparency on recruitment costs and consolidation of provision.
On average £30,000 per school is spent on recruitment fees! Whether that’s agency fees for temporary staff or permanent staff, online job advertising or other indirect recruitment costs, this much-needed money is being diverted away from school resources, staff and the children and young people in their care.

Following a successful interview, comprehensive background checks are completed for every candidate including Enhanced DBS with Barred List check, references, ID, Right to Work and more.
